Our reputation is built on excellent craftsmanship, attention to detail, and outstanding customer service. We're expanding our team and are looking for a skilled Bathroom Fitter to join our installation squad and help us bring beautiful bathroom designs to life.
The Role
As part of our dedicated installation squad, you'll be hands-on in fitting complete bathrooms from start to finish. Working alongside other experienced tradespeople, you'll ensure every project is completed to the highest standard, on time, and with a professional finish that exceeds customer expectations.
What You'll Be Doing
* Installing full bathrooms, including plumbing, tiling, joinery, and finishing work
* Working as part of a squad to complete installations efficiently and to spec
* Reading and working from bathroom plans and drawings
* Ensuring a high-quality finish in every aspect of the installation
* Maintaining a clean and organised workspace in customers' homes
* Adhering to health and safety regulations at all times
* Delivering excellent service and maintaining our reputation for quality
What We're Looking For
* Proven experience in bathroom fitting or a similar trade role
* Strong skills in plumbing, tiling, grouting, and basic carpentry
* Ability to work as part of a team while also using your own initiative
* High attention to detail and pride in your workmanship
* Good communication skills and a professional, approachable attitude
* Full UK driving licence is essential
It would be a bonus if you also have:
* Previous experience in full bathroom installations
* Knowledge of current bathroom design trends and materials
* Relevant trade certifications
