What We're Looking For:
We are seeking a passionate and qualified teacher who:
Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and has experience or a strong interest in SEN education.
Has a thorough understanding of a variety of SEN needs, including but not limited to autism, ADHD, speech and language difficulties, and dyslexia.
Is able to design and deliver individualised learning plans that meet the unique needs of each child, fostering a supportive and engaging environment.
Demonstrates excellent communication skills and can build strong relationships with students, parents, and colleagues.
Is committed to professional development and continuously improving their practice.
