We are seeking a skilled engineer to act as the primary onsite technical lead for a flagship customer data centre, ensuring the highest standards of operational performance at all times.
As part of our Operational Services team - supporting over 180 global contracts - you will help deliver exceptional maintenance, engineering and technical support across critical environments.
In this role, you will:
1. Serve as the engineering subject matter expert, providing technical leadership to client and internal teams, delivering customer-focused service, and actively recommending improvements to plant and equipment.
2. Carry out planned and reactive maintenance across critical mechanical and electrical systems, including inspections, repairs, fault-finding, and modifications.
3. Oversee all onsite operational and maintenance activities, ensuring safe working practices, SLA compliance, accurate maintenance reporting, CMMS updates, and full adherence to access control, security protocols, and fire protection systems.
