The Role
They're looking for a creative, energetic, and digitally‑savvy Content & Social Marketing Executive to join a growing team.

You’ll work closely with the Director of Marketing, playing a central role in shaping and amplifying the brand across platforms like LinkedIn and Instagram.
From short‑form video to podcast editing and event coverage, you’ll have real creative ownership and the chance to make a visible impact from day one.

What You’ll Be Doing
Content Creation & Video
* Produce high‑quality short‑form video content (Reels, TikToks, LinkedIn clips)
* Edit and repurpose podcast episodes into engaging clips and audiograms
* Write compelling captions, copy, and blog‑style posts
* Design on‑brand graphics for social media, email campaigns, and events
* Use AI tools to accelerate content creation (ideas, scripting, editing, optimisation)
Social Media Management
* Own day‑to‑day management of social channels (scheduling, publishing, engagement)
* Plan and maintain a content calendar aligned with campaigns and industry events
* Monitor trends, engage with the community, and identify growth opportunities
Brand & Campaign Support
* Assist with email marketing and newsletter content
* Ensure brand consistency across all external communications
What We’re Looking For
Essential
* At least 1 year of experience in a marketing role (agency, in‑house, or freelance)
* Some video editing skills (e.g. CapCut, Adobe Express, Canva, Riverside)
* Understanding of social media performance (LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.)
* Strong creative eye for design and visual storytelling
* Excellent written communication skills
Desirable
* Experience or interest in B2B marketing
* Experience with social media scheduling tools
* Video or photography skills
* Confidence using AI tools (e.g. Claude, ChatGPT)
