Role Description
This is a full-time or part-time on-site role for a Pharmacy Assistant located in Malmesbury. The Pharmacy Assistant will be responsible for assisting with prescriptions, managing phone inquiries, and supporting the pharmacy team in day-to-day operations. Additional tasks include inventory management, customer service, and ensuring the pharmacy's smooth and efficient operation. Person would be flexible with morning, afternoon, evening or weekend shifts.
Qualifications
Experience with prescriptions and working in a pharmacy environment
Proficient in phone etiquette and customer service skills
Ability to manage inventory effectively and ensure stock levels are maintained
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks
Bachelor's degree or relevant certification in pharmacy or healthcare-related field is a plus
