Job title: Production Supervisor
Location: Marlow
Salary: £35000 to £40000 per annum depending on experience
Hours: Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm (40 hours per week)
A leading manufacturing company are looking for a Production Supervisor to join on a permanent basis
The role of Production Supervisor will include:
* Ensuring production targets are met
* Planning, scheduling and coordinating production to ensure deadlines are met
* Ensure work is completed to high standards
* Managing workflow of the team and resolving any issues
* Daily management of the team and updating skills and training matrix where required
The Production Supervisor should have the following skills and experience:
* Proven experience in managing a production team, including planning, scheduling and people management
* Competent in electro-mechanical assembly
* Computer literate with experience using MRP systems
