Responsibilities
* Lead and manage bids and tender submissions for the Transport business, reporting to the Business Development Director.
* Manage Bid Teams in Warwick and London, planning resources and ensuring effective bid processes.
* Ensure high-quality, timely bid submissions in accordance with Telent’s procedures.
* Improve bid quality through best practices and monitor bid costs to enhance ROI.
* Develop customer relationships through meetings and presentations.
* Oversee Bid Team performance, KPIs, and SLAs.
* Lead bid strategy development, from Go/No Go to post-submission support.
* Plan workload, forecast bids, and track costs and success rates.
* Conduct bid reviews and maintain the Bid library.
