Role Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Network Systems Integration Engineer with a focus on integrating Core and Radio Access Network (RAN) components, including Traditional RAN, ORAN systems, and Core Network elements. Responsibilities include installing and integrating operating systems, virtual machines, Kubernetes clusters, creating cell site configuration files, and databuilds from network designs. The ideal candidate will have practical experience with RAN and Core Network integration, configuring network elements, and ensuring interoperability. They will contribute to automation innovations, participate in CI/CD/CT pipelines, manage network configurations, and maintain data integrity. Additionally, they will conduct End-to-End testing of network interfaces and support service improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
1. Network Integration: Assist in integrating network components, including Core, Traditional RAN, ORAN systems, RIC, and SMO. Install and integrate OS, VMs, and Kubernetes clusters. Configure switches, firewalls, and VMs. Develop cell site configuration files and databuilds.
2. System Commissioning and Connectivity: Participate in site commissioning, validate network interfaces, and conduct End-to-End testing.
3. Performance Assessment and Optimization: Support performance assessments, identify optimization areas, develop automation algorithms, and contribute to monitoring tools.
4. Automation and CI/CD/CT Participation: Innovate in automation, develop and maintain CI/CD/CT pipelines.
5. Configuration Management and Data Integrity: Manage configurations and ensure data integrity.
6. Continual Service Improvement: Support initiatives to improve system processes and systems.
7. Technical Documentation: Create and maintain detailed documentation for network tasks, automation, and configurations.
8. Collaboration and Communication: Work with internal teams and external stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and project alignment.

Business Acumen
Understanding of project support, stakeholder management, cost optimization, and aligning efforts with strategic goals to support revenue generation.
Technical Knowledge
Experience with RAN and Core Network components, including configuration and deployment of CU, DU, RU, EPC, 5GC, NFV, SDN, and interoperability testing. Experience with site commissioning and managing network configurations is essential.
Education and Qualifications
* Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications, Engineering, or related field.
* Minimum 5 years of experience in network integration (Telecoms/IT) focusing on Core and RAN (ORAN/traditional).
