Typical Responsibilities:
* Washing clients' hair.
* Keeping the barbershop clean and tidy.
* Making drinks for clients.
* Working as part of a team.
* Answering the telephone and booking appointments.
Qualifications and Training:
* Level 2 Barbering Professional Apprenticeship Standard, including Functional Skills if required.
* Training and assessment will take place at your salon with one of our tutors.
* You will gather learning evidence, journals, and off-the-job records using your e-portfolio.
* At the end of the planned learning period, you will be assessed to determine if you are ready to enter the 'Gateway' and proceed to your End Point Assessment.
Working Hours:
Monday - Saturday, exact shifts to be confirmed.
