A highly regarded, award-winning law firm is currently seeking a senior-level Private Client Solicitor (5+ years PQE) to join its team. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced practitioner to take over an established, high-quality caseload while playing a pivotal role in the continued growth and strategic direction of the Private Client Department.
The successful candidate will handle a wide-ranging and engaging caseload, representing a diverse client base that includes high-net-worth individuals, families, and clients with business interests. The role offers the chance to work on complex and stimulating matters within a supportive and people-focused firm.
Responsibilities
* Trust administration
* Tax planning advice
* Probate and estate administration
* Complex Inheritance Tax returns
* Drafting Wills and Lasting Powers of Attorney
* Potential Court of Protection work
Qualifications
* A minimum of 5 years’ post-qualification experience in private client work
* STEP qualification (or working towards it)
* Strong technical expertise with a commercially minded approach
* Exceptional client care skills and the confidence to manage complex legal matters independently
