We are now seeking a driven and experienced Aftersales Manager to lead and develop our aftersales function, ensuring the highest levels of customer satisfaction, departmental performance, and profitability. The Role As Aftersales Manager, you will be responsible for the overall leadership and performance of the Service and Parts departments. You will ensure the delivery of a first-class customer journey while maximising revenue opportunities, controlling costs, and maintaining full compliance with manufacturer standards and company processes. Key Responsibilities Lead, motivate, and develop the Service and Parts teams to achieve and exceed targets Drive customer satisfaction and retention through exceptional service delivery Manage departmental budgets, forecasts, and performance KPIs Ensure efficient workshop loading, productivity, and labour sales performance Maintain effective cost control and parts stock management Implement and monitor effective processes to maximise profitability Ensure full compliance with manufacturer requirements, policies, and industry regulations Handle customer escalations professionally and in line with company standards Work collaboratively with the senior management team to support overall business objectives About You Proven experience in an Aftersales Manager or senior Service Management role within the motor industry Strong commercial awareness with a track record of delivering results Excellent leadership and people management skills Customer-focused with a passion for delivering an outstanding experience Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities Strong understanding of workshop efficiency, parts operations, and aftersales KPIs IT literate with experience using dealer management systems What We Offer Competitive salary and performance-related bonus Company car or car allowance Manufacturer training and career development opportunities Workplace pension scheme Staff discounts A supportive, professional, and friendly working environment This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious individual to join a progressive and growing business that values its people and invests in their success.
