We are now seeking a driven and experienced Aftersales Manager to lead and develop our aftersales function, ensuring the highest levels of customer satisfaction, departmental performance, and profitability. The Role As Aftersales Manager, you will be responsible for the overall leadership and performance of the Service and Parts departments. You will ensure the delivery of a first-class customer journey while maximising revenue opportunities, controlling costs, and maintaining full compliance with manufacturer standards and company processes.
