The role |
As a Senior Sous Chef, you will be an inspiring leader, fostering a positive environment for your team and guests. You will support ongoing coaching and development of your team to help them excel, while driving restaurant performance and delivering outstanding results.

* Builds a coaching culture, working with the Head Chef to recruit and develop the team, fostering personal and professional growth.
* Is a proactive problem solver, able to make quick, effective decisions in a fast-paced environment.
What we look for |
* Experience leading a kitchen team as a Head Chef or Senior Sous Chef, with a track record of driving performance positively in a complex environment.
* Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage in thoughtful, caring conversations, ensuring the team feels supported and heard.
* Proven experience in maintaining high standards of food safety and hygiene.
* Understanding of kitchen financials, including gross profit and stock management.
* Experience managing labor costs and adapting to changing demands.
* Leadership qualities that inspire and motivate the team to thrive and develop their careers.
* Passion for creating an inclusive, respectful workplace where everyone belongs.
* A forward-thinking problem solver, capable of quick decision-making.
