Role
Structural Engineer
Location: Henley-On-Thames (option to work from the London office)
Salary: £50k-£65k
Responsibilities
* Join a dynamic and progressive structural design consultancy as an experienced Structural Engineer.
* Be a strong hands-on structural designer, ideally able to lead projects and mentor more junior staff.
* Manage and juggle multiple projects at once, mainly in the residential and commercial buildings sectors.
* Contribute to projects including new builds, refurbishments and conversions, with work spanning state of the art contemporary designs, humanitarian projects and community works.
* Communicate effectively with project teams and stakeholders to support successful project delivery.
Qualifications
* Several years of experience working in a buildings design practice.
* Strong hands-on structural designer with the ability to lead projects and mentor junior staff.
* MIStructE or MICE qualification preferred.
* Strong communication skills and ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
