Job Description
* Manage and maintain ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 systems.
* Oversee Quality Assurance, Quality Control, and customer quality requirements.
* Lead health & safety compliance, risk assessments, and incident investigations.
* Ensure environmental compliance, including RoHS and REACH requirements.
* Drive continuous improvement using FMEA, SPC, 8D, and Lean Six Sigma tools.
* Conduct audits, root cause analysis, and corrective actions.
* Monitor QHSE KPIs and maintain documentation and records.
Key Skills & Experience
* 5+ years' QHSE experience in manufacturing.
* Strong knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and IATF 16949.
* Experience with PPAP, APQP, FMEA, SPC, 8D, and auditing.
* Strong problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills.
* Degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field.
