Commercial Plumber Installation & Maintenance
Salary: £40,000 £50,000 per annum (DOE) + Plenty of Overtime

Youll carry out installation and maintenance plumbing work across commercial properties in the public sector from schools and hospitals to council buildings and community facilities. Working Hours
* Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM
* Plenty of overtime available
Key Responsibilities
* Installation and maintenance of plumbing systems in various public sector environments
* Conducting system checks and inspections to ensure operational efficiency
* Diagnosing and resolving plumbing faults quickly and professionally
* Ensuring compliance with health, safety, and industry regulations
* Communicating clearly with clients and colleagues to keep projects on track
What You'll Need
* Proven experience in commercial plumbing (install & maintenance)
* City & Guilds or equivalent plumbing qualifications
* Unvented Hot Water Certificate (G3) essential
* Valid CSCS card essential
* Knowledge of water supply, drainage, and heating systems
* A proactive approach and good problem-solving skills
* Full UK driving licence
