Job Description\nEngaging with clients:\n• Build and grow a client portfolio by using commercial information to identify organizations that have current or future recruitment needs including global multi-nationals and SMEs\n• Develop a client contact strategy and conduct business development calls\n• Organise meetings and attend pitches with prospective clients\n• Maintain and develop existing client relationships to secure repeat and exclusive business\n• Consult and engage with clients to understand their needs and sell the most appropriate solution for attracting the right candidates\n• Manage the entire recruitment process from presenting and selling suitable candidates through the interview to offer stages\nEngaging with candidates:\n• Identify and attract potential candidates using sourcing tools, including social media, networking, referrals, and advertising\n• Maintain an accurate candidate database, meeting all legislative and compliance requirements\n• Interview candidates to understand their requirements and gain valuable market information\n• Provide advice on market conditions, CV, and interview techniques and manage expectations\n• Work as an integral member of a team, motivating one another and communicating effectively\nThe Successful Applicant\nThe successful Recruitment Consultant will be:\n• A bright, confident & motivated professional\n• Either a grad looking for a first step into the working world, a sales professional looking for a change, or a recruiter looking to make a move into a rewarding environment\n• A true team player, a go-getter, and a fantastic communicator\n• A customer-facing, outgoing individual who is eager to progress their career\n• Looking to be part of a genuinely fast-paced, agile & collaborative team
