Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Management & Leadership Development Coach to deliver transformative learning journeys for women in leadership roles, supporting learners on the Team Leader Level 3, Operations Departmental Manager Level 5, and Women into Leadership programmes. You will guide apprentices through every step of their development – from induction to end-point assessment – ensuring impactful learning, workplace application, and sustained career progression. This role is key to empowering women in leadership, improving representation, and driving long-term change through high-quality, inclusive coaching.
Job Requirements
Essential:
* Assessor qualification (D32/D33, A1, or CAVA)
* Extensive leadership and management experience
* Experience delivering at Level 5
* Level 3 team leadership experience
Desirable:
* Level 5 teaching qualification
* Experience in retail or manufacturing sectors
* Recognised teaching qualification
* Verification/quality assurance qualification (D34, V1, TAQA)
Job Responsibilities
* Tailor support through analysis of initial and diagnostic assessments
* Set and review SMART targets on assessment plans with timebound goals
* Facilitate workshops and workplace coaching aligned to apprenticeship standards
* Support learners in applying knowledge and building robust KSB portfolios
* Provide regular assessment, constructive feedback, and performance reviews
* Deliver Functional Skills within the first 6 months of the programme
* Ensure timely learner progression and achievement of completion milestones
* Coordinate seamlessly with trainers to support learner outcomes
* Maintain attendance records, communicate workshop invites, and manage scheduling via Aptem
* Gather learner feedback and reflect on it to improve the learning experience
* Champion positive learner destinations post-apprenticeship
