Become clients' go-to adviser for all things Fire, whilst dealing with technical fire alarm questions, helping sales to close and being comfortable with demanding, high-level clients e.g. Hospitals, Shopping Centres...

Role for - Technical Account Manager - Fire Alarm Key Account Manager Role
* General Fire Technical Knowledge: You should have a generally good understanding of all things fire so that you can have "position of strength" discussions about extinguishers, suppression, compartmentation, FRA's etc. Focus is Fire Alarms but you should be knowledgeable of related disciplines in the Fire Industry.
* Relationship Building: Strong relationship builder to become the go-to adviser for Fire.
* Account Management: Has looked after large and key account client types (Hospitals, Shopping Centres, Large Commercial, etc).
* Sales/ Closing: Ability to build relationships and close sales, sometimes being the right person to complete a deal or do surveys.
* Organisation / Admin / IT Skills: Ability to stay on top of an exciting and busy role, with skills to prepare performance/progress reports using MS Excel, etc.
* Project Management: Understanding of project management delivery.
* Financial/ Commercial Awareness: Understanding that the role aims to generate profit as well as advise clients.
* Technical/ Fire Alarm Design: Qualified FIA in design or experienced in Fire Detection design, capable of attending further Fire alarm/FIA courses, with experience in designing fire systems and large project costing.
Fire and Security careers - Call or apply if you have Fire and Account Management skills and are in Surrey or nearby (Hampshire, Berkshire, Kent, Buckinghamshire, North Sussex, South London, West London, etc).
