We’re now looking for an experienced Building Compliance Manager to help us maintain the highest standards of Health & Safety, compliance, and facilities management across our growing national portfolio.
The Role
In this pivotal role, you’ll:
Oversee day-to-day facilities operations delivered by our third-party FM providers.
Drive compliance, Health & Safety standards, and operational excellence across multiple sites.
Work closely with stakeholders and contractors to ensure safe, efficient, and compliant building environments.
Support operational colleagues to deliver new communities while maintaining high-quality existing sites.
Take ownership of maintenance performance, compliance reporting, and M&E systems.
Play a hands-on role in site inspections, audits, and continuous improvement initiatives.
This is a national role – you can be based at any of our sites but will travel regularly to support our teams.
What We’re Looking For
We’re looking for a confident leader with:
Proven management experience in residential property, estates, or facilities management.
Strong working knowledge of the Building Safety Act and wider H&S compliance.
A track record in managing contractors, FM providers, and compliance systems.
Health & Safety qualifications (IOSH or higher) and knowledge of Fire Safety, LOLER, PUWER, Legionella, and Asbestos.
A proactive, solutions-focused mindset, with excellent communication and leadership skills.
Flexibility to travel nationally as part of the role.
