We are seeking a high-performing and experienced Sales Negotiator with a proven track record in residential property sales. Key Responsibilities
* Qualify and register high-value applicants
* Arrange and conduct viewings across prime London locations
* Generate and convert leads into valuation opportunities
* Negotiate offers and secure successful deals
* Provide detailed feedback to clients and vendors
* Upload listings and manage marketing on major property portals
* Progress sales through to completion, maintaining excellent communication
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records using our CRM system
* Conduct valuations and market appraisals independently
* Manage your own diary and pipeline effectively
Ideal Candidate
We’re looking for a confident, experienced property professional with strong negotiation skills, local market knowledge, and a passion for delivering results.
Key Attributes
* Minimum 1–2 years’ experience in estate agency sales (London experience preferred)
* Proven track record of hitting or exceeding sales targets
* Strong communication and presentation skills
* Excellent client relationship management and follow-up ability
* Highly motivated, proactive, and commercially minded
* Well-presented, confident, and professional
* Ability to work independently and as part of a close-knit team
* Knowledge of Canary Wharf and surrounding London markets is desirable
