Job Overview:
The Automation Engineer role is responsible for fault finding, troubleshooting and enhancing automated material handling systems.
Key responsibilities include being the site level Subject Matter Expert (SME) for all controls systems and sensors, training technicians in control system fault finding, collaborating with the EU Controls network to enhance monitoring and visualization capabilities, and actively participating in or leading continuous improvement projects.
Responsibilities may also include working closely with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvements and implementing changes that drive efficiency and productivity.
