The Opportunity In this exciting and customer-centric role, you will: Build strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and recommending the perfect Jaguar Land Rover products and premium services. Maximise every sales opportunity to achieve both sales and profit targets. Upsell accessories and additional aftersales services to enhance customer experience. Proactively contact new and existing customers via phone, online and face-to-face interactions to generate sales and encourage repeat business. Create customer appointments, arrange test drives and deliver exceptional handover experiences. Support Sales Administrators by accurately processing all documentation including vehicle orders and finance agreements.
