In the Administrator role, you will be: Providing efficient administrative support including maintaining accurate records, scheduling appointments and meetings, and handling correspondence Offering advice and assistance to clients regarding home improvements and adaptations Preparing, attending, and taking accurate minutes at meetings Maintaining regular communication with colleagues, clients, and external stakeholders Contributing to team objectives and ensuring excellent customer service at all times To be considered for the Administrator role you must have: Previous administration and office experience, including accurate minute-taking Excellent communication and organisational skills The ability to work independently as well as part of a team Welsh language skills are preferred but not essential This is a temporary position for 1 month initially, working full time 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday. You'll be working from offices in St Asaph starting on a hourly of £12.33 per hour plus holiday pay.
