An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Account Manager to join our clients friendly and growing team. Located in Sidcup this role is ideal for a highly organised, proactive individual who enjoys supporting Telecoms / I.T projects and working closely with account managers, internal teams, suppliers, and customers. Working Pattern: Part time position (28 hours per week) Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday 9:00am-5:00pm (with one hour unpaid lunch break) Office-based role Key Responsibilities Manage the end-to-end provisioning process for products and services, including Mobile, Broadband, and related telecom services (full training to be provided) Process, validate, and fulfil customer orders accurately and within SLA timelines. Coordinate with internal teams (Operations, Technical, Finance) to ensure smooth service activation. Liaise with external vendors and service providers to arrange installations or activations. Maintain accurate records of orders, provisioning status, and customer information in relevant systems. Provide regular status updates to stakeholders and customers. Ensure compliance with company policies, contracts, and regulatory requirements. Monitor order progress and proactively resolve delays or issues. Customer Support Receive and process customer requests in real time via phone/email. Produce accurate quotations, estimates and proposals for chargeable works Respond and escalate customer queries professionally Maintain accurate data in company CRM system Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships Understand client needs and business objectives Ensure timely and successful delivery of solutions Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling Collaborate with internal teams (Operations, Technical, Finance) Resolve client issues and handle complaints professionally Monitor contract renewals and negotiate terms when needed Experience: Strong I.T skills (Excel, Microsoft Office and CRM systems) Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Highly organised with strong attention to detail Typically, 2-3 years in sales, customer success, or account management Team player with a proactive, positive attitude Please Note: Due to the high volume of CVs we receive it is not viable for us to respond to individuals.
