Role Overview
The Airport Manager is responsible for managing relationships with customers operating within the airport environment, ensuring the seamless delivery and performance of contracted operational services. Acting as the key on-site liaison between the customer and internal teams, this role ensures compliance with service level agreements (SLAs), coordinates issue resolution, and drives customer satisfaction through proactive support and effective communication.
Key Responsibilities
1. Operations Leadership
* Oversee daily airport service delivery and ensure smooth operations.
* Liaise with airport departments and manage airside pass processes.
* Lead, coach, and develop operational teams for peak performance.
* Act as the go-to contact for issue escalation and resolution.
* Drive efficiency through process improvements and cost control.
* Ensure health, safety, and compliance across all activities.
1. Customer Success
* Build strong client relationships as the main operational contact.
* Align services with customer goals through regular engagement.
* Ensure SLAs and KPIs are consistently met or exceeded.
* Support customer reviews and ongoing satisfaction.
2. What You’ll Bring
* 5+ years in Airport Operations, IT Operations, or Customer Success.
* ITIL Foundation (preferred).
* Experience in aviation or airport services (a plus).
* Proven team leadership skills.
* Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
