Key Responsibilities:
* Answer and manage incoming phone calls in a professional and courteous manner
* Process skip hire orders and handle customer payments accurately
* Arrange, submit, and monitor skip permit applications with local authorities
* Provide cover and support for the weighbridge operations as required
* Deliver general administrative support across departments, ensuring smooth daily operations
Key Requirements:
* Proven experience in an administrative or office support role
* Excellent organizational and time management skills
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* A positive attitude and a proactive approach to problem-solving
