The Role
You will sit within a Retail Data and Insights team, acting as a link between data and the business.
Responsibilities include:
* Translating business questions into structured data problems
* Manipulating and preparing data using Python in a Databricks environment
* Working within shared DevOps code repositories
* Supporting the creation of high quality, standardised datasets
* Delivering insights through Power BI dashboards and reports
* Working closely with senior analysts for learning and development
Your Skills and Experience
* Degree in a numerical or analytical discipline such as Maths, Physics, Engineering, or similar
* Strong logical reasoning and problem solving ability
* Some exposure to coding, ideally Python, with R or MATLAB also considered
* Confidence working with data and ambiguity
* Focus on structured thinking rather than tools alone
