Specification Sales Manager – HVAC Products -> M&E Contractors and Regional Developers Market-leading, established manufacturer Area: London & the South East * This is a field-based specification sales role representing a leading manufacturer of HVAC products. You will target M&E contractors, regional developers, and to a lesser extent, M&E consultants, identifying, tracking, and managing projects through to completion. * Activities include delivering CPD presentations, liaising with Estimators, Technical Managers, and Project Managers, and providing technical and commercial support throughout the project lifecycle. * Working within a highly respected specification team, you will be involved in projects of all sizes across the residential and mixed-use sectors. * The incoming Specification Sales Manager will benefit from an established brand reputation, a strong project pipeline, and solid existing relationships that can be developed further. The Candidate – Specification Sales Manager (HVAC) * Proven experience selling HVAC, plumbing & heating, electrical, or lighting products * Strong understanding of the M&E contractor and house builder / developer route to market * Track record of managing projects from specification through to completion * Confident delivering CPD presentations and building long-term relationships across the supply chain The Package for the Specification Sales Manager * Basic Salary: £55,000 – £58,000 (negotiable) * OTE: £80,000 * Hybrid company car * Enhanced pension * 25 days holiday (increasing with length of service) Ref: CPJ1773
