The Role
The role of Executive Administrator provides support to the Managing Director and Executive Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting the delivery of day-to-day operations, systems and high-impact initiatives. This position calls for a values-driven professional who is deeply committed to integrity, compassion, and excellence.
Working closely with our Managing Director and Executive Assistant, you will act as a trusted partner, ensuring that priorities are met with clarity and purpose. Your proactive approach, adaptability, and commitment to person-centred support will directly contribute to enhancing outcomes for our stakeholders.
You will also contribute to system maintenance, data management, and project coordination activities, helping to streamline processes and improve communication between Head Office, Regional, and home teams.
About The Role
Main Responsibilities
* Support the Managing Director and Executive Assistant in ensuring executive projects remain on track
* Collate and follow up on weekly and monthly reports from relevant departments
* Review and reconcile monthly credit card and fuel card statements, identifying and flagging any discrepancies
* Provide administrative support for the car racing company, including invoicing, record-keeping, and vehicle tracking
* Assist in the management of properties and projects
* Monitor and track ongoing acquisitions, property purchases, and property management activities
* Liaise with internal departments across all companies within the group to ensure smooth project delivery
* Coordinate and assist with travel arrangements
* Maintain accurate filing systems and ensure effective document organisation

* Strong interpersonal and communication skills
* Strong attention to detail
* Exceptional organisation and time-management skills
* Flexible in approach, resilient, and adaptable to the changing needs of the role
* Right to work in the UK
* A minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role in similar role
* Full driving licence and access to vehicle
* Proven experience in MS Office and Abode programmes
