About The Role
HC-One is seeking a Chef with an S/NVQ2 in Catering & Hospitality or Professional Cookery, a minimum Level 2 Food Hygiene Certificate, and an understanding of Hazard Analysis Critical Control Points.

About You
You will be organized to meet service times, thrive on autonomy to plan and prioritize, and have a knack for following recipes accurately. You should be passionate about food and understand the importance of good quality, home-cooked meals for our Residents. When communicating with Residents or colleagues, you'll be considerate and kind.
Safeguarding is everyone's responsibility. You should be able to recognize signs of abuse, harm, or neglect and know the appropriate actions to take. All staff are required to attend safeguarding training relevant to their role and undertake additional training as needed. You should also be able to seek advice and report concerns, including escalation if necessary.
