We have a new opportunity for a Mechanical Contracts Manager for our client in Leeds. Our client is a national contractor with a highly skilled in-house workforce of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing engineers, capable of handling a wide range of M&E projects. Due to commercial growth, they are looking for an experienced Mechanical Contracts Manager to oversee and manage a team. This role is suitable for an experienced Mechanical Contracts Manager seeking a long-term position, as the client offers significant progression and career development opportunities.

Mechanical Contracts Manager Role
* Manage and control your business unit and site teams to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, including Health & Safety, Environmental Policy, Quality Assurance, Procurement, and Commercial/Financial Control.
* Provide technical support to the customer and site-based teams, utilizing central support functions, specialist suppliers, and sub-contractors.
* Support central estimating on targeted bids to meet client requirements.
Mechanical Contracts Manager Requirements
* Minimum of 3+ years' experience as a Mechanical Contracts Manager.
* Full UK Drivers License.
* Management experience.
