Key Responsibilities
* Draft, review, and negotiate various legal documents including MSAs, SAs, NDAs, SOWs, SaaS Agreements, and other commercial contracts.
* Support ongoing and prospective litigation efforts in coordination with panel advocates.
* Prepare and respond to legal notices on behalf of the company.
* Liaise with regulatory authorities and government bodies to address compliance matters and inquiries.
* Advise internal departments (Sales, Product, Lending) on legal risks and support conflict resolution using legal best practices.
Preferred Candidate Profile
* Exposure to corporate legal functions, especially in contract drafting and management.
* Familiarity with litigation procedures, particularly in local and High Courts of Odisha.
* Degree in Law (LL.B. or equivalent).
* Strong written and verbal communication skills.
* Adaptable and legally sound in corporate and court-related matters.
