What you’ll be doing
This is a critical Executive Assistant role supporting the Managing Director of Unsecured Lending within Consumer Lending at Lloyds Banking Group. As a core member of the Unsecured Lending leadership team, you’ll work closely with the MD to help shape and deliver strategy, ensuring the business provides high‑quality products and services for customers while operating safely, efficiently and at pace.
Acting as a trusted partner, you’ll set the rhythm of the leadership team and enable robust, timely decision‑making across a complex, fast‑moving environment. You’ll ensure the Managing Director is fully briefed and prepared for executive, board and external engagements, working with senior leaders across the business to coordinate clear, high‑quality inputs. You’ll produce impactful, high‑visibility materials for senior audiences, undertake research and analysis across a wide range of topics, and continuously look for ways to improve how the leadership team operates.
