Lead a proactive and supportive pastoral team, drive high standards in behaviour, wellbeing and engagement, and influence whole‑school culture through positive relationships with students, families and staff.
Responsibilities
* Build strong relationships with students, families and staff to foster engagement and promote student wellbeing.
* Encourage good attendance and support student success across the school.
* Drive behaviour standards, wellbeing and engagement within the pastoral team.
* Collaborate with staff and the Principal to secure the best outcomes for students.
* Promote an inclusive, positive and supportive school culture.
Qualifications and Experience
* Compassionate pastoral practitioner with experience working within a pastoral team.
* Ability to support, motivate and appropriately challenge students to achieve their best.
* Strong relationship‑building skills with students, families and colleagues.
* A relevant qualification and a passion for inclusive, student‑centred practice.
* Commitment to safeguarding and the welfare of students.
