We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Payroll and HR Administrator to manage all payroll activities. This role also includes supporting compliance and HR administration, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality. Description
1. Handle all payroll operations, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
2. Process new starters and leavers.
3. Support HR administration, including uploading and scanning documents for compliance and RTW.
4. Maintain and update employee records in line with policies and legal requirements.
5. Manage end-to-end payroll for hourly and salaried employees.
6. Address payroll-related queries.
7. Assist in developing and implementing payroll processes.
8. Support the finance team with administrative tasks as needed.
9. Stay updated on payroll legislation and provide advice when required.
Profile
1. Solid understanding of payroll legislation.
2. Excellent administrative and organizational skills.
3. Keen eye for detail and accuracy.
4. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Proficiency in payroll software.
6. Good working knowledge of Excel.
7. Experience with monthly end-to-end payroll processing.
8. Proactive, flexible, and able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Job Offer
1. Salary range of £30,000 - £32,000.
