* Cross-Departmental Leadership: Act as the central liaison across departments (Accounts, Operations, Branding) to synchronise event planning, budget management, brand alignment, and logistics.

* Budget & Financial Oversight: Manage event-specific budgets and provide detailed reporting on cost tracking in collaboration with the Accounts team.

* On-Site Leadership: Take charge of event operations on-site, overseeing setup, execution, and breakdown while maintaining a strong focus on safety, team coordination, and client experience.

* Health & Safety Compliance: Conduct risk assessments and ensure adherence to health and safety regulations in every aspect of event delivery.

* Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong client relationships at every stage—pre-event, during, and post-event—ensuring a high level of service and ongoing satisfaction.

* Operational Systems & Tools: Utilise company systems, including internal event management platforms and Google Workspace tools (Docs, Sheets, Calendar, Drive), to maintain clear documentation and smooth workflows.

* Team Mentorship & Development: Support and mentor team members to build their department knowledge, confidence, and capabilities. Promote a positive, empowering, and inclusive team culture.

* Continuous Improvement: Produce detailed event reports and debriefs, including performance metrics, client feedback, and key takeaways to inform future planning and improvements

* Capacity Planning & Scalability: Evaluate departmental readiness and resource capacity to ensure the business can meet growing demands without compromising on quality or culture.

Preferred Qualifications & Skills
* Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in event management or project coordination.

* Deep understanding of health and safety compliance, risk management, and operational planning.

* Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex timelines.

* Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a strong focus on clarity and collaboration.
