Corseford College is seeking to appoint full-time, part-time, or relief lecturing staff to deliver high-quality curriculum programmes to students with a range of complex needs.
As a Lecturer, you will play a critical role in ensuring students' success at Corseford College. You will collaborate with teaching and student support teams to ensure that all learning is personalized and delivered according to each student's learning and support plan.
Corseford College is our new specialist College providing post-school education for individuals with complex additional support needs. The College is aimed at young people aged 18-25 who have left or are leaving school, enabling them to prepare for adulthood and continue their post-school learning journey.
The college is developed around eight underpinning principles:

Our ideal candidates will be confident, ambitious, and caring individuals with experience working with young people or adults with additional support needs. The successful candidates will have an appropriate teaching qualification or be working towards achieving one.
We are seeking suitably qualified subject specialists to deliver programmes in Sport and Well-being, Communication, AAC, Speech & Language, and Life Skills.
The successful candidate will be required to achieve Lecturer registration with GTCS.
