Logistics and Warehouse CoordinatorLocation: Aberdeen CityWorking Hours: Monday to Friday, 40-hour week + Saturday morning rota (paid at time and a half)Position Type: Full-time, stores based (no hybrid working)Requirements: Driving licence required, forklift licence preferred but not essential
Key Responsibilities:Perform general stores dutiesPack customer orders efficientlyCheck in goods accuratelyBook courier collections and manage customer special deliveries/bulk shipmentsConduct daily checks on goods to be shipped, ensuring timely dispatchContact customers when orders are complete, providing weights, dimensions, and commercial invoicesProcess all returns via storesBook in goods from suppliersEnsure goods are shipped on timeHandle any other logistical paperwork required by storesCustoms experience (export/import procedures) is advantageous, but full training will be provided
