Salary: £13.50 per hour | £28,080 per annum
We’re Hiring: 3 Positions Available - 2 Full-time (40 hours) & 1 Part-time (30 hours)

About Us
Located in a stunning rural setting, our converted barn nursery is surrounded by fields and features large outdoor play areas suitable for all weather conditions. At Fradley Nursery, children from birth to 5 years can explore, learn, and develop through engaging activities and resources that promote learning through play. We embrace the great outdoors, offering our children unique experiences in our bespoke forest school facility.

This position is ideal for an experienced Nursery Practitioner who has worked in a similar environment caring for children aged 0 – 5 years and is eager for an exciting career opportunity.
Requirements
Essential Criteria - Qualifications/Experience:
* Full and relevant Level 3 Childcare Qualification - Essential
* Over 1 year's experience working in Early Years - Essential
* Previous experience with babies under 2 years old - Desirable
* Sound knowledge of Ofsted expectations for achieving a Good or Outstanding rating - Desirable
* Knowledge of the statutory framework for the EYFS and regulatory requirements - Essential
* Fluency in written and spoken English - Essential
