We’re looking for passionate qualified teachers and experienced tutors to join our mission—working 1:1 with pupils outside of mainstream settings, helping them reconnect with learning and rebuild confidence. Who You’ll Support: You’ll be working with children and young people who face a range of challenges, such as: Looked After Children in care settings Pupils with Special Educational Needs (SEN) Excluded children or those awaiting school placements Children managing anxiety or poor mental health EAL/ESOL learners Primary and Secondary aged pupils These young people need not just a tutor—but a consistent, caring adult who believes in their potential. What You’ll Do: Deliver personalised, in-person tuition sessions at times that work for you and the student Liaise directly with carers or parents to arrange lessons Assess learning needs and build a tailored scheme of work Track and report progress via our easy-to-use LEAP platform Access ongoing support and CPD through our TP Tutors Academy Why Join Us?
