About the Role

* Commitment: 10–40 hours/week
What You'll Do
* Design challenging, rigorous physics problems spanning mechanics, electromagnetism, thermodynamics, quantum mechanics, and more.
* Develop clear, step‑by‑step solutions that demonstrate precise scientific reasoning.
* Evaluate AI‑generated physics responses for accuracy, logical consistency, and depth.
* Identify gaps or errors in AI reasoning and provide structured, actionable feedback.
* Collaborate with researchers to build and refine benchmarks across undergraduate to Masters‑level physics topics.
* Work independently and asynchronously on your own schedule.
Who You Are
* Currently pursuing or have completed a Master's degree in Physics, Applied Physics, or a closely related field.
* Strong problem‑solving skills across multiple advanced physics domains.
* Able to communicate complex scientific concepts clearly and precisely in writing.
* Detail‑oriented with a systematic approach to evaluating reasoning quality.
* Self‑motivated and comfortable working independently on task‑based assignments.
* No prior AI or data annotation experience required.
Nice to Have
* Experience with data annotation, data quality assessment, or evaluation workflows.
* Familiarity with AI language models or benchmark design.
* Background spanning multiple physics subfields.
