This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Clinical Negligence Solicitor to join a respected and expanding team in Manchester.
You’ll manage a mixed-value caseload from day one, while also working closely with a Partner on catastrophic and high-value cases, giving you the chance to deepen your technical expertise and build a strong external profile.

Who we’re looking for
* 4+ years’ PQE (or equivalent experience) in claimant clinical negligence
* Able to independently manage a full Clinical Negligence caseload
* Strong understanding of personal injury law
* Cost budgeting experience
* Confident using a case management system
* Supervisory and mentoring experience
* Experience with performance management or delivering training (desired)
* Background in a claimant-focused environment
* Strong attention to detail and drafting ability
* Proactive communicator who enjoys building relationships
* Team player who is flexible and willing to travel when needed
What you’ll be doing
* Manage a mixed-value claimant clinical negligence caseload independently
* Support the Partner on high-value and catastrophic cases
* Supervise and mentor junior colleagues
* Maintain high-quality, paper-lite case management and accurate records
* Draft clear and effective legal documents
* Work towards targets/KPIs without micromanagement
* Resolve client issues proactively and deliver an excellent client experience
* Contribute to business development and marketing activities
* Stay up to date with legal developments and participate in training
