As Technical Sales Manager, your responsibilities will include developing new business opportunities, managing key customer accounts, and expanding the Medi-Clear sales portfolio across multiple regions. You will play a vital role in driving growth, strengthening relationships, and ensuring outstanding customer support while staying ahead of industry trends and market dynamics.

More about your responsibilities:

* Customer Growth & Engagement: Proactively manage and grow existing Medi-Clear customer relationships to achieve annual sales targets while identifying and securing new business opportunities.
* Market Expansion & Strategy: Research and analyze market trends, competitive intelligence, and potential regions of interest to drive strategic sales initiatives.
* Technical Sales & Support: Develop in-depth product knowledge and provide expert technical support to customers, ensuring solutions align with their needs and expectations.
* Sales Forecasting & Budgeting: Lead monthly sales forecasting, monitor performance against expectations, and contribute to annual sales budgeting and projections.
* Pricing & Quotation Management: Oversee customer pricing, generate accurate quotations, and implement pricing adjustments to maintain profitability and market competitiveness.
* Trade Show & Industry Representation: Represent Medi-Clear at trade shows, exhibitions, and seminars to strengthen industry presence and build new partnerships.
* Operational & Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Operations and Finance teams to determine stockholding, delivery agreements, product development priorities, and quality standards.

If you’ve got:

* 5+ years of experience in commercial sales management, ideally within a European-wide customer base.
* Experience in the printing industry is considered an asset.
* Proven success in Key Account Management and business development.
* Strong ability to identify new market opportunities and build long-term customer relationships.
* Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills with high credibility and trustworthiness.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ideally SAGE 200.
