Preferred Requirements: Experienced Head Chef or Kitchen Manager, ideally from a high-volume environment
Strong financial understanding of labour controls and proven expertise in stock control
Ability to lead from the front and drive your team to new heights
Passion for developing your team and fostering a positive, collaborative work culture
Unwavering commitment to delivering exceptional standards of food quality and guest experience
Preferred Qualifications: 2-4 years of proven experience as a Head Chef or Kitchen Manager
Demonstrated success in a fast-paced, high-volume hospitality environment
Exceptional communication and leadership skills to inspire and motivate your team
