An insight to our Team You will be responsible for day-to-day tasks across all areas within the department whilst supporting customers with policy based queries by phone, email and live chat. Key Responsibilities: Email inbox monitoring. Dealing with incoming calls from drivers and other service users. Website accessassistance. Daily Report formatting and issuing. Monitoring and responding to live chat questions. Processing payments and taking payments over the phone. Operation of Client software for vehicle management. Continuous process review and improvement. Provide departmental statistics for use by internal management. Ensure all correspondence is responded to in a timely manner. General administrative duties relating to specific client requirements. Escalating queries when required. Essential & desirable skills: Excel experience desirable Confident on the phone and with email communication. Trustworthy and reliable. Organised and methodical. Able to use initiative and solve problems. Accuratewhen completing repetitive tasks. Happy to ask lots of questions whilst learning. Able to multitask and work between multiple systems.
