🚨 We’re recruiting for an experienced Clinical Lead Nurse to join an award-winning healthcare provider supporting adults and children with complex needs in the community — including tracheostomy, ventilation, PEG, spinal injury, and brain injury care.
Qualifications
* A Registered Nurse (Adult or Child) with complex or community care experience
* A confident leader passionate about clinical governance and quality care
* Someone skilled in training, audits, and ensuring clinical excellence
* A proactive clinician who enjoys supporting teams and improving outcomes
Responsibilities
* Oversee clinical standards and compliance across community care packages
* Conduct audits, care plan reviews, and competency assessments
* Support training, induction, and ongoing development of nurses and carers
* Liaise with commissioners, ICBs, and MDT professionals to ensure safe, person‑centred care
* Investigate and report on incidents while driving service improvement
* Work closely with Operations and Governance teams to maintain Outstanding quality
