Short Summary
Our Strategic Client Managers are the key contact for our customers. They are responsible for retaining existing customers whilst delivering increasing profitable sales through the upselling and cross selling of other products within our portfolio.
Key Responsibilities of the role:
* Developing and executing strategic individual customer sales plans to identify revenue growth opportunities, understand the customer strategy, manage risk, managing the sales pipeline and delivering revenue growth within each account
* Achieving renewal, incremental and new business sales targets
* Managing the day-to-day relationship with our customers, ensuring regular face to face on-site visits where appropriate, delivering exceptional service and maximising customer retention
* Escalating client issues through our resolution process and ensuring they are resolved
* Delivering revenue growth within each account from cross selling additional products, upselling additional modules and functionality and go to market packaged sales products such as operational effectiveness audits and supporting training
* Supporting the Sales Operations Team with the preparation of proposals, tenders and statements of work
* Maintaining accurate records of all customer activity within our CRM system and in other formats as required
* Supporting the sales team with attendance at conferences and exhibitions
This role will include extensive travel throughout the UK.
What experience do I need:
* A proven track record of increasing sales within existing customer accounts through upselling, cross selling and selling value added services
* Technically minded with an understanding of healthcare software, departmental work flows and information networks
* Understanding of NHS procurement frameworks and the role of digital technology in improving patient outcomes
* Exceptional and pro-active approach to delivering optimal customer service combined with a solution focused attitude
* A full driving licence and appropriate vehicle insured for business use
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Salary Information:
* Basic salary up to £70,000 per annum
* OTE (including salary) £90,000 per annum
* We offer an uncapped commission structure
* Please note that this role does not include a car allowance; however, mileage and travel expenses will be reimbursed.
