Artemis Human Capital have been exclusively retained by a leading construction firm to recruit for a Marketing Manager.
Our client pride themselves on outperforming competitors by promoting customer excellence and after recently moving into new sectors they are keen to bring in a creative, hard-working, motivated marketing executive to manage all aspects of their brand and social presence.
This is a newly created role with a very exciting firm as they go through unrivalled growth, you will have full autonomy and the ability to make the role your own.
Role
* The role consists of co-ordinating all aspects of the company’s marketing, creating its marketing strategy and enhancing the brand within the industry.
* Prepare and monitor the marketing budget on a quarterly and annual basis and allocate funds wisely.
* You will be responsible for content creation across social media forums and work collaboratively with the talent team to enhance employer branding.
* Create, manage, and deliver the marketing plan in line with business targets.
* Producing marketing material showcasing company success stories and enhancing brand awareness across brochures, video and infographics.
* Assist in the promotion of the company which may involve writing submissions for industry relevant awards.
* Liaise with external agencies such as PR and event management companies where necessary.
Experience needed to be successful:
* Commercial B2B marketing experience ideally in the professional services
* 3+ years of marketing experience with at least one of these years in a management position.
* This role comes with full autonomy so you will be able to showcase experience of self-managing marketing projects.
* Confident in working closely with multiple stakeholders, including external agencies and Senior Management teams.
* Skilled across Adobe, Canva, Powerpoint, Wordpress, Mailchimp
* Knowledge and experience of managing business social media accounts.
* Have excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively and create rapport with colleagues and management.
* Have meticulous attention to detail to ensure messages are consistent in terms of strategy and brand.
* Be able to demonstrate creativity and imagination in idea generation and ability to develop from concept to final product.
