Position: Psychology Graduate - Teaching Assistants

Salary: £88.94
Key Responsibilities of the Role of Teaching Assistants:
* Work alongside teachers to deliver lessons and support learning across a range of subjects
* Provide targeted one-to-one or small group support to pupils who need extra help
* Support children with Special Educational Needs (SEN), including autism, ADHD, speech and language difficulties, and emotional or behavioural challenges
* Help pupils develop their social, emotional, and communication skills through structured activities and daily interactions
* Assist in managing classroom behaviour using positive reinforcement and consistent routines
* Adapt learning materials and activities to suit individual needs and learning styles
* Encourage pupils to engage in lessons, build confidence, and become independent learners
* Monitor and record pupil progress, providing feedback to teachers and contributing to support plans
* Help with classroom organisation, preparation of resources, and supervision during breaktimes or school trips
Requirements
* A degree in Psychology (or related subject)
* Strong communication and empathy
* Adaptability and resilience
* A genuine interest in child development and education
