This is a hybrid role - three days per week in one of our Newcastle Hub Key Responsibilities: Optimise SDR Processes for Scale: Continuously evaluate and enhance end-to-end SDR workflows across inbound and outbound motions to ensure scalability, consistency, and alignment with global best practices. Identify and retire outdated processes and introduce innovations that improve speed and effectiveness. Drive Productivity and Tool Efficiency: Assess and refine the use of the SDR tech stack (e.g., CRM, sales engagement, chat, and routing tools) to maximise team productivity. Identify gaps, recommend enhancements, and support implementation of new tools or features in collaboration with global operations teams. AI Enablement and Innovation: Evaluate and embed AI-driven tools and capabilities into SDR operations to enhance lead prioritisation, outreach personalisation, and workflow automation. Partner with global stakeholders to pilot and scale AI solutions that improve SDR effectiveness, reduce manual effort, and drive operational efficiency. Data-Driven Decision Making: Partner with Marketing Ops, BI, and Sales Ops to analyse funnel performance, lead conversion, and pipeline contribution. Translate insights into operational improvements and provide regular reporting to regional and global stakeholders. Point of Contact for Regional SDR Operations: Act as the go-to operational lead for the UKIA SDR organisation, providing real-time support on tooling, process issues, and best practice adoption. Troubleshoot challenges and escalate where necessary to ensure minimal disruption to SDR performance. Operational Excellence & Issue Resolution: Identify recurring business challenges and implement structured solutions to improve efficiency and consistency. Develop and document operational protocols that support long-term success and reduce manual effort. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with regional Sales and Marketing leaders (Director and VP level) to align on business priorities, provide updates on operational initiatives, and ensure follow-through on agreed actions. Enablement & Adoption: Partner with the Enablement team to support the rollout and adoption of new tools, processes, and training programmes. Ensure SDRs and team leads are equipped to execute effectively and consistently across all markets. You - in a nutshell - You are data and process driven - You're a key part of the team but also an independent performer - Rolling up your sleeves and digging in on complicated business challenges - You love learning and constantly strive to improve - Innovative, think outside of box to problem solve - Highly collaboration and building strong relationships with various stakeholders across the business Skills & Knowledge - 5 years of experience in sales operations, business operations, or revenue operations within a B2B software/SaaS environment - Proven experience leading structured operational improvements across cross-functional teams, ideally within a sales development or commercial environment - Strong background in continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma, Agile) and experience facilitating process mapping and service improvement workshop. - Demonstrated ability to design and implement scalable operational frameworks that drive productivity, efficiency, and consistency - Strong analytical, project, and business analysis skills, with a track record of translating business needs into operational solutions - Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Visio, and Project - Experience evaluating and integrating emerging technologies, including AI, to enhance operational performance and team effectiveness - Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across senior leadership and global teams - Proficiency with CRM (e.g., Salesforce), sales engagement platforms (e.g., Outreach, Salesloft), and marketing automation tools (e.g., Marketo, HubSpot) - Experience working across international markets would be ideal Benefits?
